Where can we deliver to?

Orders can be delivered anywhere in mainland England, Wales, and most areas in the lowlands of Scotland. If you live outside these areas we then, unfortunately, cannot deliver our products to you. This includes the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland (IM, GY, JE, BT)

Like most online companies we rely on (3rd party) courier companies to deliver all our orders around the country. As much as we would love to get our products in the hands of as many people as possible the cost of getting our hutches to anyone who lives outside mainland England and Wales is prohibitive - sometimes more than the actual cost of the product!

Delivery to Scotland

We can deliver to most lowland areas in Scotland. These include the following postcodes: DD1-7 , DG , EH , FK1-6 , G , KA1-26 , KA29-30 , KY , ML , PA1-19 , PH1-2 , TD

If you live outside these areas then unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery due to the high extra charges levied by the courier companies we use. You are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect from us, or we can deliver the items to a courier up north for onward journey to you.

Delivery to the Isle of Wight

The courier company that we use can deliver to the Isle of Wight. However, there is a delivery surcharge of £70 per order.

*This is an estimate based on the majority of orders sent, however, we cannot absolutely guarantee it.

1. How do I fit the cover to the 6ft Hutch Cover

2. Please read the manufacturer's important guidelines?

These can be found under the 'Advice' tab.

Manufacturers And Our Recommendations:

In warm weather your hutch can get dangerously hot if the cover is left on. We recommend that you remove your cover during warm weather.

We also recommend that you allow your cover and hutch to air out regularly, especially after long periods of wet or damp weather. It is best to remove the hutch cover fully and allow it and your hutch to dry out completely before refitting it. Failure to do so can result in a build-up of mould on it and your hutch and will result in the deterioration of the cover.

During periods of prolonged rain, the hutch cover will become saturated and the inside of the cover can become wet. To prolong the life and enhance the performance of your hutch cover especially during wet periods the manufacturer recommends a product Nikwax is applied.

Chewing Warning:

The zippers we use in all our hutch covers are YKK zippers and are widely considered the #1 brand on the market. They do not typically fray or fail

While unlikely, there is a very small chance that your rabbit may chew a part of its cover. If this is to the zipper teeth/chain then this can cause the actual zipper to fail when you close it.

If the zipper fails due to damage caused by chewing then this is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty on the cover as is not due to a product failure. There are various YouTube videos showing how to reattach a split zipper and this may be possible.

However, our best advice would be to take a few extra measures beforehand to prevent your rabbit from taking that naughty nibble and possibly damaging the zipper in the process.
