Where can we deliver to?
Orders can be delivered anywhere in mainland England, Wales, and most areas in the lowlands of Scotland. If you live outside these areas we then, unfortunately, cannot deliver our products to you. This includes the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland (IM, GY, JE, BT)
Like most online companies we rely on (3rd party) courier companies to deliver all our orders around the country. As much as we would love to get our products in the hands of as many people as possible the cost of getting our hutches to anyone who lives outside mainland England and Wales is prohibitive - sometimes more than the actual cost of the product!
Delivery to Scotland
We can deliver to most lowland areas in Scotland. These include the following postcodes: DD1-7 , DG , EH , FK1-6 , G , KA1-26 , KA29-30 , KY , ML , PA1-19 , PH1-2 , TD
If you live outside these areas then unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery due to the high extra charges levied by the courier companies we use. You are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect from us, or we can deliver the items to a courier up north for onward journey to you.
Delivery to the Isle of Wight
The courier company that we use can deliver to the Isle of Wight. However, there is a delivery surcharge of £70 per order.
Can the cover be left on the run at all times
During bouts of high winds, the cover must be completely removed to prevent possible damage to it and the run. If left on the cover can act as a large sail and either rip and tear, bend and damage the metal framework of your run and even potentially cause the entire structure to lift off the ground.
Do not leave the cover on your run if there is a chance of strong winds in your area! The cover is not designed to withstand strong winds. Damage caused to your run or cover due to high winds will not be covered under your warranty so please take care!
How do you fit the cover?
The cover is supplied with special stretchy connectors and these are passed through the eyelets and around the metal framework.
Caring For Your Run
As with most outdoor products, the lifespan of your run can be dramatically prolonged just by taking a few simple steps. Click here for our product care guidelines.
Positioning Your Run
If you intend to place your run in your garden then please be aware that a soft or uneven surface can make it easier for foxes and other predators to gain entry by digging. Some rabbits and other pets may also be able to burrow under and escape, so caution is advised.
The Wood We Use
The majority of the wood we use in this product is a highly durable, kiln-dried white pine which is noted for its resistance to decay and rot. Most rabbit hutches and runs made in the U.K use this type of wood. But unlike many other manufacturers, we use more of it.
You'll find that the framework is thicker and the majority of the hutch uses a solid tongue and groove construction (and less cheap plywood). This is why our hutches tend to be sturdier, heavier and last longer than many of the cheaper options out there.
Dangerous Animals
We would like to think that our hutches and runs are made to a higher standard than most other suppliers in its price range. While we have purposely used thicker, sturdier wood, wire and locks with the aim to make it as safe and secure as possible for your pets we cannot absolutely guarantee that foxes and other animals (dogs, badgers, stoats, cats) won’t try and target them.
Foxes are by far the biggest threat that your pet will face so if you are going to keep your rabbits or guinea pigs outside then we also urge you to take these added precautions especially if you know you have foxes in your area. (This advice also applies to other animals that may pose a threat.)

Unwanted Chewing
Unfortunately, there is always the possibility that some rabbits and other rodents may chew parts of their hutch or run. This is out of our control and the onus really is on you to take the necessary precautions straight away to prevent or lessen the chance of them chewing parts of their hutch.
Our wooden hutches and runs, like the majority of wooden hutch sold in the U.K, are not chew proof and we can't be held liable for any damage caused to or by your pet chewing or gnawing the product. Prolonged chewing can also weaken your hutch and decrease the protection they offer against foxes.
We recommend trying out our new Anti Chew Strips and taking a close look at all the steps you can take to stop or at least lessen the chances of your rabbit chewing things they shouldn't.
