All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may provide a substitute of equal or higher value at no extra cost. Customers who do not wish to accept the substitute may return the item for a full refund.
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you in writing and issue a refund if payment has been taken.
All card payments are subject to authorisation. Orders remain our property until payment is received in full.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or adjust the price before dispatch. If the correct price is higher, customers will have the option to pay the difference or cancel the order for a full refund.
Delivery times provided are estimates unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their delivery address and accessibility of the delivery location.
Incorrect postcodes or delivery addresses may result in your item being sent to the wrong depot or location.
If this happens, the couriers may apply additional charges for redelivery or rerouting. These must be paid by the customer before a redelivery attempt is made.
Payment must be made within 48 hours, or the items may be returned to sender. We offer multiple payment options, including BACs and other standard payment methods.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer must cover the cost of the return delivery.
Our delivery charge does not reflect the actual cost charged by our couriers. In most cases, the actual courier fee is higher than what we charge the customer at checkout.
Any re-delivery charges will be billed at the actual cost incurred by us, not the standard delivery rate.
If an order is dispatched and then canceled by the customer while in transit, and delivery is subsequently refused, the return delivery charges levied by the courier may be deducted from any refund issued, in accordance with your statutory rights.
For large or heavy goods, the recipient is responsible for ensuring adequate access for unloading.

If you request that your order be left at the delivery address without obtaining a signature, you assume liability for any loss or theft.
We recommend inspecting your order within 72 hours of receipt and reporting any transit damage as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights, which allow you to report faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, you must report this within 72 hours of receipt. Any visible damage should be noted when signing for the delivery.
Depending on the severity of the damage, we may offer replacement parts, a full replacement, or a refund.
Claims for transit damage made after this period may not be accepted.
Upon receiving your order, you have the right to inspect the goods. Acceptance of delivery does not waive your right to reject goods that are faulty, incorrect, or not as described. Any such issues should be reported as soon as possible.
Customers have up to 30 days from receipt to reject faulty goods for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. After this period, we reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement before a refund is considered.
Orders may be canceled within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Certain products (e.g., perishable items, pet food, hygiene products) are non-returnable unless faulty.
If an order has already been dispatched at the time of cancellation, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We offer a 12-month structural guarantee on all products.
This covers defects due to manufacturing faults but does not include damage caused by: Normal wear and tear. Chewing, biting, or scratching by animals (e.g., rabbits, foxes, dogs, rats). Weather exposure or lack of maintenance.
If a product develops a fault within 12 months of use we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the part or parts affected. If neither is possible, we may offer a partial refund.
Discount codes are valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other offers. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a voucher is used for an order that is later refunded, the voucher value will not be reinstated.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving returned goods. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, banks).
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
