I need to report a faulty part or product - what should I do?
If you notice a fault with any part of your product, just get in touch with us by email and we’ll take it from there.
The quickest way for us to help is to include a few clear photos showing the problem area. This allows us to identify the issue accurately and deal with it without delay.
We keep brand-new replacement parts for the majority of our products and can usually arrange a replacement quickly.
We’ll always do our best to put things right and make sure you’re looked after.
