Can I request a specific delivery day or ask you to hold my order?
Yes, that’s absolutely fine - and it’s something we do regularly.
If you have a particular date in mind, we can hold onto your order and dispatch it on a day that best lines up with when you’d like it to arrive. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.
We’re happy to hold an order for up to three weeks. If your preferred delivery date is further away than that, it’s usually best to place your order a little closer to the time.
Please note that deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. Couriers don’t deliver at weekends or on public holidays.
As with all deliveries, we do rely on a third-party courier. They’re usually very reliable, but there’s always a small chance of a delay, so it’s worth bearing that in mind when choosing a specific date.
To arrange a hold or request a specific dispatch day, simply email us straight after placing your order, and we’ll take care of it.
