It can at times happen that your coop gets split delivered over 2 days or more. This could be for a number of reasons. Someone forgetting to scan one of the boxes at the main sorting depot, it may have been missorted at your local depot, or even the driver leaving one of the parcels in his van.
We do apologize for the inconvenience. This is just one of those things that happens when dealing with a 3rd party courier company. While it is out of our control to prevent this occurring, should this or anything happen with the delivery just let us know. We'll chase things up, sort it out and make sure that you get your order and are happy with it and the experience of dealing with us.
