Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Rabbit-Hutches.co.uk. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

2. Accuracy of Content
Rabbit-Hutches.co.uk has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, we reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice. We reserve the right to cancel your order up to and including the estimated day of delivery.Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this not a binding contract until we have dispatched the goods. This means that if the price, description or any other information about a product is incorrect we are not obliged to sell you the product.

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and where applicable. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Rabbit-Hutches.co.uk shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

4. Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

5. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

6. Cancellation Right

Your right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations: you may cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations by notifying us no later than 7 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract.

If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must take reasonable care of the goods from the time you receive them until you return them to us. If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations you must return the goods to us at your own expense. If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations and do not return the goods as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods.

7. Faulty goods
In these terms and conditions faulty goods means any goods we supply to you that do not conform to the contract. Faulty goods does not include any goods that are faulty due to fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with their intended use, failure to follow the manufacturer's or our instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the prior approval of us or the manufacturer. You should notify us as soon as possible if you discover that any goods are faulty goods.

It is important to note that our range of wooden rabbit hutches are made from a natural material and will need regular and ongoing maintenance to prolong there life.

Our wooden hutches are treated with an animal friendly base coat of wood preservative. This is only a base coat and will last up to 6 months after purchase. We strongly recommend that you treat your hutch with a high quality varnish or wood preservative as soon as possible and that you re-treat your hutch at least once a year (preferably before the winter season) to maintain the applied preservative and water repellent properties.

8. Returning goods – general
When you return goods to us for any reason (for example because you have cancelled the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations or because you think they are defective goods):

* you must ensure that they are properly and securely packaged and labelled with our address;
* you are always responsible for any damage in transit that is due to incorrect or inadequate packaging by you;
* you are responsible for any damage or loss in transit where you arrange the transport.

Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping.We recommend that you use a courier with a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for damaged or lost return packages. We also recommend that you choose a courier that will insure your returned items from loss or damage.

If you return goods because you think they are faulty goods, we may charge you the cost of all transport and our actual costs and expenses in the event that the goods are not in fact faulty goods.

9. Delivery.

Any dates specified by us for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Should expedited delivery be agreed, we reserve the right to levy an expedited delivery charge.

10. Website Usage
Our website is only intended for the use by people resident in the United Kingdom. By placing an order through our website , the Buyer warrants that: the Buyer is legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and the Buyer is at least 18 years old; and the Buyer is resident in, and is accessing our website from, the United Kingdom.

After placing an order, the Buyer will receive an e-mail from ust acknowledging that have received the Buyer’s order. Please note that this does not mean that the Buyer’s order has been accepted. The Buyer’s order constitutes an offer to us to buy Goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and wet will confirm such acceptance to the Buyer by sending the Buyer an e-mail dispatch confirmation verifying that the Goods have been dispatched. The Contract between the Buyer and us will only be formed when we send the Buyer the dispatch confirmation.

The Contract will relate only to those Goods whose dispatch we have verified in the dispatch confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Goods which may have been part of the Buyer’s order until the dispatch of such Goods has been verified in a separate dispatch confirmation.

The price of any Goods will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we has already sent the Buyer a dispatch confirmation.

We are under no obligation to provide the Goods to the Buyer at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent the Buyer a dispatch confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by the Buyer as a mispricing.

11. Exclusions of Liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Rabbit-Hutches.co.uk or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
