There are two delivery options available at checkout.
Most orders are usually delivered in 1 to 2* working days after they have been dispatched. Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 6.30pm. (Working days are Monday to Friday but don't include public holidays.)
If you need your order urgently then choose the express delivery option for priority dispatch.
Orders can be delivered anywhere in mainland England, Wales and some areas in the Scottish lowlands. If you live outside these areas we unfortunately cannot deliver our products to you.
Like most online compaies we rely on (3rd party) courier companies to deliver all our orders. As much as we would love to get our products in the hands of as many people as possible the cost of getting our hutches to anyone who lives outside mainland England and Wales is prohibitive - upwards of £70.
If you live outside these regions you are welcome to arrange collection from us using a company like Parcel Force or Parcel Monkey.
Scottish postcodes that we can deliver to include:
Scottish Lowlands (e.g. Glasgow/Edinburgh and surrounds) and (Zone 2) -All AB, IV, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-41, PH49-50
Unfortunatly we cannot deliver to Scottish post codes not included above. This is due to the size of our products and the very high costs (£60 - £120+) levied by the courier company we use.
You are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect from us however. Here is a list of courier that may help.
The courier company that we use can deliver to the Isle of Wight. However there is a delivery surcharge of £15.95 per order. Please contact us if you live in the Isle of Wight before you place your order so we can send you a special link to place your order
You have the right to return an order or part of an order any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods.
As long as the item is returned to us unused and in the original packaging we will issue you a full refund. You will need to get the product back to us though, in a saleable condition and at your own expense.
Any refunds given by us will be made to the debit/credit card account or by cheque (as applicable) provided when you placed your order usually within 7 to 14 days after we recieve the returned item.
If you wish to return a product simply contact us via email and let us know that you would like to return your order and we'll send you the necessary return address details.

We're happy for you to unpack the item and inspect it properly, however, if you've used it, we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. Please note, this could be up to 50% of the price of the item.
